Marketing Your Home
If you’re thinking about putting a property up for sale, consider carefully both the company and the agent that will best represent your interests. It’s no longer enough to simply “list” your property with an agent in the hope that it will sell, or think that your uncle’s best friend’s mother-in-law should “get” the listing, just because someone knows someone who “sells” real estate.
What you really need is a company that eats, lives and breathes real estate. A “24-7” kind of company that will provide every possible marketing and negotiating advantage. And finally, you’ll want an agent with the fire-in-the-belly attitude to get your property SOLD!

Escrow and Closing Costs
When you purchase a home, there will be closing costs. These costs include fees for processing, title insurance, closing, title search, mortgage taxes, appraisals, and more. Within closing costs, there are third-party fees that come from companies that don’t work for mortgage lenders yet provide essential services like escrow.
Escrow is when an impartial third party holds on to funds and distributes them accordingly to process a transaction. This fund, also known as earnest money, is a form of good faith that the buyer will hold for the seller if they breech the contract. Please consult an attorney if you have a question.
