Where I am from and how I got here…
|
| Most people know me as Dr. Williams, the chiropractor. I have been practicing chiropractic here in Athens for the past seven years. I grew up in southern Rhode Island, and attended the University of Rhode Island. I worked my way through college at the Block Island Ferry Boat, and I studied my junior year abroad in Portsmouth, England. After doing a year of graduate research, and graduating with a degree in zoology, I realized I was too much of a people person to be happy working in a lab. At that point, I packed my bags and went to Texas Chiropractic College to be a chiropractor. In 2001 I met my wife, Jessica, a farm girl from Racine, Ohio. We soon moved to Athens and found it to be the perfect combination of in-town convenience and country hospitality. |

Being a Chiropractor

| I’ve been a chiropractor for fourteen years, and it is something I intend to do for the rest of my life. I’ve helped people with a lot of different ailments over the years not only with chiropractic treatments but also with nutrition and whole food supplements. There is nothing I enjoy more than helping people. |

Being a Dad and having a family…

I have been very blessed to have a loving wife and four amazing children. Not a day goes by that I don’t thank the Lord for the blessings in my life and how much He has given me. Athens is a great place to raise a family and has a lot to offer. |

Getting into rentals and investments…

| I’ve been studying the Athens real estate market for seven years. During this time, I’ve owned/managed a number of commercial and residential properties. The Athens real estate market is unique in the stability it gets from the university and the diversity of the people of Athens. |

Last January I decided to go back to school and get my Real Estate license. Since then I’ve learned a lot! The common element between Chiropractic and Real Estate that I’ve found is doing what I love, helping people! |

Having moved around a lot in my life, I can relate to people trying to relocate from other areas. As an owner of a few commercial properties, I understand the importance in investing wisely.
