15 Years of Experience…

I have been in the real estate business for over 15 years. During this time, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of buyers and sellers make their housing dreams come true. Many of my clients have been first-time home buyers that have left the rental market and are now living in their own houses.

In addition to helping buyers, I have extensive experience assisting sellers with value analysis, marketing, negotiating purchase contracts, helping them to achieve top dollar on the sale of their present home. I especially enjoy helping relocating families find their perfect home in Athens area.

The Appraiser for You…

In addition to real estate sales, I also have an Ohio Real Estate Appraiser license and have been practicing residential property valuations for banks, mortgage companies, attorneys and probate court needs for over 15 years. I hold both the R.A.A. Residential Accredited Appraiser and the G.A.A. General Accredited Appraiser designations from the National Association of Realtors.

Jeff’s undergraduate degree is Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Otterbein University  in Westerville, OH. He graduated from Ohio University College of Business June 2011 with his Professional Masters of Business Administration.
